Warranty & Return Policy


This product, 12V101, is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of 12V101. This warranty does not cover any amount of damages in excess of the retail purchase price of the product under any circumstances. Incidental and consequential damage are specifically excluded from coverage under this warranty.

Return Policy

Defective products may be returned postage prepaid to VersaDri, LLC. Any returned product must come with a copy of the original purchase invoice and a returned goods authorization number written on the outside of the mailer package. If the dryer 12V101 is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, it will be replaced with a new MobilDri Portable Dryer free of charge. If the MobilDri Portable Dryer 12V101 is returned after 30 days from the date purchased but less than one year, VersaDri, LLC will, at its option, repair, recondition or replace the dryer free of charge. VersaDri, LLC reserves the option to replace the unit with a new or reconditioned MobilDri Portable Dryer of the same or comparable design. The repaired or replaced product will then be covered under the remainder of the original warranty. The warranty guarantee does not start over with the replacement, repaired or reconditioned product. During the warranty period, VersaDri, LLC will be responsible for the return shipping charges within the USA only.
NOTE: If returning any product, send only the part that needs to be repaired or replaced.


This warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, abuse, alterations, lack of care, uses not intended for this dryer or failure to follow the instruction manual. This also includes damages from rain, wind, sun or other acts of nature. Disassembly, normal ware is not covered under the warranty.

State Law Rights

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages. Check to find your rights on warranty in your state.

Warranty Service Request

If sending your dryer for warranty or service, contact VersaDri, LLC at support@versadri. com for specific instructions. You will be instructed how and what to include or exclude and where to send it. You MUST have a return goods authorization number assigned by VersaDri, LLC. This number must be legibly written on the outside of the mailing package for processing. Always keep copies of paperwork for your records.
